In case of breakage (even during the warrant period), some producers require to send the equipment to their workshops to repair them even if there is thousands of kilometers distance. This leads to the loss of the main resource of any entrepreneur; that is time. As a result, unpleasant situations may occur; that are conflicts with costumers, failure of production plans, and even losing customers to the competitors. That is why, qualitive service is the main priority for us.

When buying any equipment, the service includes:
1. Free delivery (throughout Ukraine).
We provide free delivery of our equipment to any point of Ukraine at the agreed place and time. Goods inspection is conducted at the delivery address what excludes complaints to the carriers and also increases the efficiency and convenience. Delivery to other countries should be individually agreed in any case.
2. Free training (throughout Ukraine).
After the delivery of equipment, our fellow-workers will provide the connections of machines and free training for your controller. They will introduce the key principles of work of the hardware and software parts of equipment. This training usually takes 2-3 days. The accommodation is provided at our own costs.
3. 12-months warranty.
The warranty on the production lasts 12 months from the moment of purchase. During the warranty period, all breakages, occurred not by the customer’s fault, are free reduced, including the equipment replacement.
The equipment warranty does not extend when:
- The use of the machine doesn’t comply with the User Guide;
- The mechanical breakage occurred by the costumer’s fault;
- The client made some changes to the software, electronic or/and mechanical items of the equipment on his own;
- One uses the third-party software;
- Power supply for the machines comes from the networks different from those mentioned in the User Guide.
4. Post-warranty repair and service.
Terms of post-warranty repair and service are individually agreed with each costumer. Moreover, setting out to costumer’s place is possible throughout Ukraine.
5. Permanent operational and qualitive tech support.
It doesn’t matter whether your equipment is under warranty or not, you can always rely on the operational help in solving problems related to the use of equipment.
6. Informing of the emergence of new modifications of equipment and software for it.
